Cloud 9 Candle Company only ships to addresses within the United States (lower 48 contiguous states and District of Columbia). Cloud 9 Candle Company does not ship orders to a PO Box.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-888-355-2447 to receive return authorization. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees will not be refunded. The customer must return the item(s) at his/her own expense. Returns must be received within 15 days of the original ship date, in the original packaging, in new condition. We are sorry we cannot accept returns for products purchased in retail locations. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
If your items arrive damaged, please report this to us within 5 days of your items arriving (posted delivery date per the courier). Items that are reported more than 5 days after delivery cannot be claimed as damaged. Damages reported within 5 days will receive replacements at no cost. Damages, missing items, or incorrect shipments reported more than 5 days after delivery cannot be corrected or refunded.
If an item on your order is temporarily out of stock, we will backorder it and ship the rest of your merchandise. Backorders will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer.
All fragranced products are not for consumption. Keep products out of reach of children. Never leave burning candles unattended. Keep candles away from children and combustible material. Burn candles only in appropriate containers.
